Virginia First Cities Coalition LIVE Virginia First Cities is a coalition of sister cities that advocates for increased support better policies from the state while sharing best practices among members. We are the state advocacy coalition comprised of 18 of the states oldest most historic cities the core communities of the Commonwealth. These cities are proud centers of business commerce culture with a diversity of opportunity for everyone. If Virginia is going to continue to thrive we must invest in the redevelopmentof our core cities.
