The electrical training ALLIANCE was founded in 1941 by NECA and the IBEW. We are committed to developing and bring a new level of education to the classroom. To develop and standardize training to educate the members of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) and the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA); ensuring and providing the electrical construction industry with the most highly trained and highly skilled workforce possible.
