Upon arriving in Vientiane the mission began with the delivery of essential medical equipment to Dr. Ong honorary professor at the National University of Laos. Following this the team traveled to Oudomxay to deliver and install a Nidek 1800 YAG Laser at the Oudomxay Eye Care Clinic enhancing capacity for Dr.
