ON DECEMBER 5, 2023, THE ORGANIZATION FILED FOR AND RECEIVED A CERITIFCATE OF DISSOLUTION FROM THE MISSOURI SECRETARY OF STATE. THE ORGANIZATION WAS INSOLVENT AT THE POINT OF DISSOLUTION, AS THE REMAINING NET LIALIBILITIES WERE ASSUMED BY THE LOOP TROLLEY TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT.
