Honoring Mrs. Robinson while her husband Hoss an Airforce Veteran diagnosed with cancer is celebrated for his birthday. I was invited to surprise him. I was on his bucket list but his cancer was not going to allow him to ride his bike anymore so I came and presented a salute and gave an eulogy to him, his family and friends about not having regrets in life. His wife told me he ended up living longer than expected, people started to not believe he was sick, and they did things she never knew he wanted to do. One of the many ventures of my life because I care. Lorraine was up for the 700 mile drive to Albuquerque, she's a great driver. Mom and Grandma came down to watch the cats and they ended up coming with us. The Robinson family will always hold a special place in our hearts. #CANCERSUCKS #thesalutingmarine (fb)
