Southern Counties Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit cat and kitten rescue operating in Southern California. We believe every cat and kitten deserves a great home. Saves cats & kittens abandoned on streets & high kill shelters. Imperial, San Diego, Orange Counties. We rescue, cats and kittens, provide necessary vetting including spay and neutering, vaccines and microchipping and adopt into permanent home. The animals we rescue come from kill shelters and off the street, abandoned animals. We try to find their original owners and if unsuccessful find them new homes. We also assist the community with low cost spay-neuter programs and educate the public on the importance of spay-neutering and vetting their pets.

Our mission is to reduce the number of abandoned and euthanized cats and kittens in Orange San Diego and Imperial Counties. We foster all of our cats and kittens in the homes of volunteer foster parents. We know all about our cats personalities and can help you find the perfect cat or kitten to join your family.
