Southern Counties Rescue Saving Cats and Kittens One at a Time Welcome We are a nokill fosterbased rescue located in Southern California. Our mission is to reduce the number of abandoned and euthanized cats and kittens in Orange San Diego and Imperial Counties. We foster all of our cats and kittens in the homes of volunteer foster parents. We know all about our cats personalities and can help you find the perfect cat or kitten to join your family.
