Phoenix Women's Outreach 501c3 Tax Exempt Organization Phoenix Women's Outreach (PWO) was established in 2011 to regenerate, rejuvenate, and restore women and children who are struggling through a variety of difficulties. We strive to instill hope and transform lives one woman and child at a time. Primarily serving Harris, Fort Bend and Brazoria counties in the Greater Houston area, we believe our nation's greatest treasures are healthy, educated, balanced, and self-respecting women. There are many stumbling blocks in our society. Individual relationships can cause damage to women who deserve help, love, and support in regaining their physical, emotional, and spiritual health. We stand individually and collectively against domestic and sexual violence by never being defeated by the abuse. We advocate that every woman should be safe, allowing each woman a second chance, and ensuring that all people are treated with respect and dignity. PWO served over 20,000 people in 2014, primarily through referrals, increased awareness, education, mentoring and direct assistance.We are the voice and face of humanity in our communities as it relates to our mission, approaching domestic violence holistically.
