IT IS TO PRACTICE OUR PROVEN METHODS AND UNDERSTANDING OF MENTAL HEALTH RECOVERY, PERSONAL GROWTH, AND PREVENTION WITHIN OUR WEEKLY GROUPS AND CARING AND SHARING COMMUNITY; TO ENCOURAGE, ANIMATE AND ACTIVATE OTHERS TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR HOPEFUL PROCESSES OF CHANGE AND MUTUAL EDUCATION; TO TAKE PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR CHANGING OURSELVES FIRST; AND TO CONTRIBUTE EFFECTIVELY TO THE WORLD OF MENTAL HEALTH CARE.
