South Carolina Medicaid’s recent decision to cover weight loss drugs like Wegovy is making a difference for patients like Page Campbell, a mother in Charleston working toward better health with support from Dr. Kenneth Mitchell at Roper St. Francis Healthcare. Campbell is combining the medication with lifestyle changes and recently underwent bariatric surgery.
