Dr. Christine is making history! After two years of training with Save a Child's Heart in Israel, she’s heading back to Rwanda as the country’s first-ever Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiologist. Referred to SACH by King Faisal Hospital Rwanda in Kigali and the Ministry of Health of Rwanda, Dr. Christine arrived in Israel just before the war broke out last year—but despite the challenges, she remained focused and determined. Now, she’s returning to Rwanda to continue her work at the hospital, ready to save lives and shape the future of pediatric heart care in her country.
