DDIA is a non-profit organization working to raise dyslexia awareness and advocate for Iowa kids. Decoding Dyslexia Iowa is a grassroots movement driven by Iowa families and professionals concerned with the limited access to educational interventions for dyslexia within our schools. We aim to raise dyslexia awareness, empower families to support their children and influence policymakers and educators on best practices to identify, remediate and support students with dyslexia in Iowa schools.

We were out and about last week at the Eldridge branch of the Scott County Library System. DDIA board member Lydia attended two back to school events to share information about dyslexia with families. We're grateful for Lydia and the time she gives to help others along their dyslexia journeys.
