VLITE - Vermont Low Income Trust for Electricity VLITE ReSOURCE is using a 175000 VLITE grant to train youth in construction skills and help restore floodaffected homes for incomequalified homeowners. VLITE funded the Energy Coordinator for the states Municipal Energy Resilience Program MERP. Shown here is a blower door test in a municipal building in Reading VT during an energy assessment. The Vermont Council on Rural Development uses its VLITE funding for the Climate Catalyst Innovation Fund in which grants are awarded to community groups to do their own projects.
