UCCC's Mission We partner with families of diverse backgrounds to nurture the growth and development of their children through inclusive, innovative, high quality care and education. Together, LUME Institute and University City Children's Center are changing the field of early childhood education. With almost 50 years of experience, knowledge, and innovation, we developed the LUME Approach, a transformative model of high-quality care and education that is proven to make a statistically significant difference in a child's mental health and educational journey.
