Home - Healthy Hearts Our greatest challenge is growing the next generation Healthy Hearts Institute helps to eradicate food deserts and empowers individual and community transformation through health and wellness PROGRAM LAUNCH IN PITTSBURG CA Were starting by building from within The first step is to build a community garden in the El Pueblo Housing Development in Pittsburg CA. The community garden will allow neighborhood residents to grow their preferred crops within individual raised bed garden plots. It takes a village Its only together that we can create massive change. Heres how you fit in VOLUNTEER The land is ready to be cultivated stay tuned to learn which days you can join our work in the garden and farm.
