Our vision is to assist in breaking the cycles of Illiteracy, poor health, teen dropout, youth imprisonment and poverty. EMBRACE. EMPOWER. MOTIVATE. The mission of A Vision of Change is to work with a network of grassroots organizations, cultivate relationships with residences, provide access to healthcare and improve social disparities.
