The Center's Mission is to serve adults 50 years of age and older by providing services, programs and activities that enhance and enrich their dignity, independence and involvement in the community. We serve the city of Council Bluffs as well as Pottawattamie, Mills and Harrison Counties in Iowa, and Douglas and Sarpy Counties in Nebraska.
