Hurley Medical Center had the honor of hosting our annual EMS Week Cookout this week — a heartfelt tradition to recognize and thank the incredible EMS professionals who are always first on the scene, providing life-saving care to our community. Our Emergency Department team was proud to fire up the grill and serve delicious food to our EMS providers — not just during the day, but also for our dedicated 3rd shift heroes. It’s our way of saying thank you for the tireless commitment, compassion, and courage you bring to every emergency. A little rain and cool temps couldn’t dampen our spirits at Valley Area on Aging’s Senior Power Day at Crossroads Village! ☔💚 While the crowds were smaller this year, the seniors who came out were full of energy and heart — and we loved every minute of hearing their wonderful Hurley stories. We had a great time handing out Hurley bags, fans, pens, and plenty of helpful info. Thanks to everyone who stopped by and made the day special despite the weather.
