Linking Hope and Help, Inc. (“The Link”) is a partnership of churches and helping agencies. It functions as a centralized information and referral service for residents in Lancaster and Northumberland Counties. Using an interview process that matches our neighbors in need with available and appropriate resources, its purposes are to assist families and individuals:1) to improve the quality of their lives in a manner that builds their self-reliance;2) to meet the hardships and challenges in their lives.
