The library’s vision is to provide access to educational resources and learning opportunities, no matter what age or stage of life, in a safe, welcoming space. This Organization is organized exclusively for charitable purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code. The purposes of the Foundation are to support the Bulverde Area Rural Library District through financial support thereby enhancing the community's appreciation and utilization of the Library as a cultural and educational institution. Specifically, the primary purpose of the Foundation will be to set up endowment funds and other specific funds, solicit and accept donations to those funds, and administer them.
