Aquidneck Community Table Your Custom Text Here Growing a healthy food system accessible to all on our island Join us at the Table. Aquidneck Community Table works in many ways to build a vibrant food system on Aquidneck Island distribution of fresh foods at our farmers markets education in school and community gardens programs that inspire young people to love nutritious foods. Empowering youth to grow harvest and sell In 2021 we launched a youth employment program The Root Riders. Nine high school students from each of the three Aquidneck Island towns came together to care for school and community gardens in the North End of Newport.
