As an established 501c3 non-profit, ERCT is dedicated to equine rescue and rehabilitation ...to establish and be recognized as the premier organization in central Texas, working in collaboration with other equine organizations to rehabilitate rescued horses in preparation for their forever homes. Our belief is that equines are perceptive, sentient beings that deserve our care and kind treatment. ERCT contracts with PATH therapeutic riding programs such as Hearts Therapeutic Riding and others to provide therapeutic riding to individuals with disabilities including Veterans with PTSD, refugees with PTSD and traumatized teens.
