This month, NPI hosted donors and supporters for a day touring the innovative technology and programs at the Fairfax County Police Department. Two of our guests, Megan Norris and Ross Bezark, reminded us exactly why this work matters. With careers in federal law enforcement and counterterrorism, both Megan and Ross are deeply connected to public safety. Megan, a retired Federal Air Marshal, shared, “supporting a nonprofit that advances policing through strategic, evidence-based approaches was an easy decision.” With a twin sister who serves as a detective, her support is both professional and personal.
