Overview The Maryland Association for Adult Day Care was incorporated as a nonprofit organization in 1985 to represent with a unified voice the growing medical day care profession. In 1997 the organization changed its name to the Maryland Association of Adult Day Services. TodayMAADS continues to be the primary representative for medical day care providers within the State of Maryland.
