ATypI is a nonprofit serving the type community. 🇦🇺 ATypI Brisbane was super! 💙 ATypI 2025 Copenhagen | April 22–26 🇩🇰 Enjoy #dingbatsummer ATypI (Association Typographique Internationale) is the worldwide organization dedicated to type and typography. Founded in 1957, ATypI provides the structure for communication, information, and action in the international type community. Association Typographique Internationale (ATypI) provides a platform for the advancement and preservation of type design and typography, and a structure for those interested in these and associated fields to meet, exchange ideas, and share research. We preserve the culture, tradition, and history of type and typography, promote contemporary type design and designers, develop educational programs in the art and science of type design, typography, and associated fields, and encourage the development of outstanding typography and typographic design in communications. To this aim, we present our annual conference in a different international location each year and present workshops, exhibitions, publications, and other cultural projects related to type and design.
