MANGUM FOUNDATION
The Mangum Foundation was founded in 2012 from a desire to help those in need. In April 2006, Founder Tariq Mangum was in a tragic car accident that left him quadriplegic. The support system that he was given, challenged him to find a way to provide the same support to the community. The purpose of the Mangum Foundation is to improve ties within the community, by involving citizens and unifying like-minded organizations. The Mangum Foundation's ultimate goal is to help build facilities in order to assist and accommodate the communities in Philadelphia. Current programs we have been implementing are A.A.F (Assisting Autistic Families), Young Intellects, Military Outreach, Community Outreach. We recently launched a AC Fairhill Soccer Program.
