We help 475 people with intellectual disabilities to work live more independently and actively engage in their community. Were always in need of groups and individuals to volunteer for events and for daytoday happenings in the organization.

The rain held off just long enough yesterday to let us break ground on three new accessible group homes to be constructed in west Wichita. We met some of our new neighbors, celebrated with donors who have contributed to the project and saw the excitement on the faces of some of the people who may live in these homes when they are finished next year. 🏠 #BuildingLivesCampaign #SupportedLiving #CommunityPartnerships.

We enjoyed spending time with Mayor Lily Wu today. She got acquainted with individuals in our Employment and Life Enrichment programs and learned more about the Gateway Program (everyone was out volunteering and working in that program today. ) Thank you, Mayor, for your visit and discussion about community partnerships.
