We serve Gadsden, Liberty, Jackson Co., and FL residents. Our mission is to prevent animal neglect, abuse, abandonment, and ultimately death. Our organization is geared to serve residents in Gadsden, Liberty, and Jackson County, Florida. Gadsden County is the second poorest county in the state of Florida. There is no animal shelter in the county; there is, nonetheless, a facility managed by Animal Control Services.
