We’re thrilled to welcome Kerri Dabbs, MS, SPHR, ACPEC to The Villages as our new Vice President of Human Resources. Kerri brings 20+ years of experience in human resources and organizational development, with a proven track record of advancing talent, shaping culture, and leading strategic growth across sectors like healthcare, education, and government. Most recently, she led staff development for nearly 4,000 team members at the Indiana Department of Child Services—and she’s also held leadership roles at IU Health, OneAmerica, IUPUI, and Miami University.
