Since our founding in 1996 by a visionary group of individuals including Bill Carter Sr. we have been committed to providing social educational and informational networking programs for the benefit of all. Our mission is to create a forum where CAMs and service providers can come together share ideas and collaborate on ways to enhance the quality of life for all members of the community.
