In March of 2011 the orporation received notice from volunteers of America-Minnesota that it was issuing a notice of charter contract non-renewal to Studio Academy. The Academy then started proceedings for dissolution. Studio Academy shows a loss of 426,107 for the leasedold improvements that were capitalized but not fully depreciated.
