The Mission of RWL is to ""build strong PEOPLE through weightlifting"", and shall be to enable RWL athletes to achieve sustained competitive excellence in Olympic competition and to promote and grow the sport of weightlifting in the United States. Additionally, RWL works with people challenged with adversity in their lives, specifically cancer and domestic violence. Our coaching education is of the whole person, not simply their physical self for athletic advancement.
