At East Coast Xtreme, our goal is to build self-confidence, self-discipline and self-worth. Our standards have been set high for our athletes, coaches and parents alike. We evaluate each athlete's individual talents and abilities and encourage use of them to the fullest. We set team goals and work diligently with our athletes to achieve each one. We also encourage our athletes to set their own goals while we monitor their progress and offer positive reinforcement every step of the way. We are committed to training our athletes to be competitive at every level within the all-star cheerleading arena.
