Blessing the Children International is a non-profit organization with a passion for ministering to the physical, mental, social, and spiritual needs of orphans and widows in Ethiopia. In a country where the average person lives on less than a dollar a day, everyone is poor. Most at-risk are the children who lose their parents and do not have friends or relatives to take them in. With almost no social services provided by the government, orphans in Ethiopia have little hope for survival. These children are truly the poorest of the poor.

In a country where 55% of children under age 5 are malnourished, the Ethiopian people are suffering greatly under the strain of staggering inflation. What a blessing it was to share food with the mothers, widows and caretakers in our program to take home to their families. #Ethiopia #inflation #hungerrelief.
