In Cambodia, Peru, Nigeria, and Ethiopia, girls are stepping up, speaking out, and sparking change in their communities. We focus our programmes on girls in these regions because significant gap exists in leadership training and cultural exchange opportunities for girls in the Global Majority (Global South) compared to the Global Minority (Global North). We are bridging this gap by providing innovative leadership and community development programmes for marginalised girls - and we will continue to expand and deepen our work in the coming years.
