CASA of the Fox Cities Change a Child039s Story CASA of the Fox Cities EVERY CHILD DESERVES A CHANCE ITS YOU. About Us Every year hundreds of children in our community enter the child welfare system. These children have several people coming in and out of their lives foster parents social workers Guardians ad litem and the list goes on. Our mission is to provide each child who has experienced neglect and abuse with a Court Appointed Special Advocate.
