Our mission at Lilly Pond Foal Rescue is to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome orphaned Nurse Mare Foals as well as assisting in the rescue and rehabilitation of abused, neglected and at-risk equines on the east coast of the USA. LPFR also educated the public to the plight of the Nurse Mare Foals and the equine population that is at risk of going to slaughter for human consumption. Programs also include training techniques and how to re-feed a starvation case.
