GLOBAL HARMONY THROUGH PERSONAL EXCELLENCE
Our mission is to support the expression of children, honor humanity and cultivate respect among all people. Global Harmony is a non profit organization in the District of Columbia sustained by volunteers. Its vision is to support the authentic expression of children, encourage humanity, and cultivate respect for all beings. For over 33 years we have hosted two citywide events to bring together socially and economically diverse groups of people. Thousands of people have participated. In December we sponsor a three decade tradition with homeless families from Community of Hope. In the spring the organization will sponsor its 37th citywide Celebration of Youth Essay contest for DCPS/DCPCS children in grades 4 through 9.
