St. Francis House Learn More About Our History The St. Francis House in Sioux Falls South Dakota opened its doors in 1987 to serve the homeless welcoming individuals of all backgrounds. Founded by Bishop Paul Dudley and Pastor David Holm it began with the Little Flower Convent. In 2018 a capital campaign funded a new facility which was completed in December 2019 providing 135 beds and 7 family units.
