AS A RESULT OF FINANCIAL CHALLENGES LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN COLLEGE PARK, GEORGIA CONTINUE TO GO WITHOUT PROPER LEADERSHIP TRAINING AND JOB READINESS SKILLS NEEDED TO EMPOWER THEMSLEVES.
