Anyone know the species of this monitor? 🦎 💚 💚 💚 As I say to all the humans: animals are like little babies- they often haven’t the foggiest idea why a stranger (me) is examining them, lest taking a sharp object (needle) and phlebotomising them (in this case to check for resolution of infection). So we have to develop mechanisms to make the experience more enjoyable or at least less stressful. Simple trick for small angry monitors: hold the gauze for me, will ya? 💚 💚 💚 Btw, showed this pic to my 5 year-old son. He and his friends now uphold the belief that dragons are real and that I’m the doctor for them.
