Disrupting the Cycle of Homelessness. The mission of Illumination Foundation is to provide targeted, interdisciplinary services for the most vulnerable homeless clients in order to break the cycle of homelessness.Our services include housing, medical and mental healthcare, substance abuse intervention, recuperative care, outreach, and childhood enrichment services. These services fill a critical gap in the continuum of care for the homeless with a focus on assisting families into stable housing.
