Restoring & Reinvigorating the Creeks and Parks of the Emerald Trail: Hogans Creek + SLine Rail Trail + McCoys Creek The City's nonprofit partner in restoring urban creeks and parks, building the 30-mile Emerald Trail and empowering residents to envision a brighter future for their neighborhoods. Our mission is to bring about the sustained regeneration, improvement and management of the physical environment by developing community-based partnerships which empower people, businesses and organizations to promote environmental, economic and social well-being. Our mission has been formally adopted by our governing board and is shared with the other 19 Groundwork Trusts across the country.
