Triangle Area Telugu Association of NC is a non-profit organization with a mission to build a vibrant Telugu community and promote Telugu Culture and language in the Triangle Area of North Carolina. The Triangle area encompasses the general metro region that includes Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill cities. The Triangle region is known for its mix of High Tech, Medical and Bio Tech industry. It is also home to World class educational institutions. A well assimilated and active Indian diaspora has made the Triangle region their home. The Telugu population of the Triangle area is estimated to be about 1000 families.
