We Are On Watch The Patriots Foundation is a 501c3 committed to serving as a government watchdog promoting open and transparent government by monitoring the activities of policymakers and encouraging voter participation in elections by voting safely by mail. Our Mission As is frequently acknowledged by the media government officials legal opinions and thought leaders an open and transparent government is essential to the functioning of the American democracy. The American public deserves to know what is occurring in the daytoday discussions and decisionmaking processes that result in government actions. We encourage all voters who are eligible to exercise their right to vote and if they are permitted to vote by mail to consider doing so.
