Hubbard 1st Response Rescue Serving the community for over 25 years Home Hubbard First Response and Rescue Visit us on Facebook About Us The Hubbard First Response Team is comprised of volunteer members that respond to dispatched 911 calls from the Hubbard County Sheriffs Office. We also provide volunteer Emergency Medical Service EMS for local community events as requested. Our team is comprised of volunteer members who are dedicated to helping persons in need in their community. It is our goal to provide care at the Emergency Medical Responder EMR level or higher.
