To act as a resource for and work with the law enforcement community in their investigations and in the recovery of stolen property. tTo maintain an international network ("NetPosse") to disseminate images and information on missing & stolen horses by means of social media and email contacts. To increase public awareness on horse theft and identification methods via seminars, presentations and exhibits at public events, educational forums, governmental functions, or horse or livestock expositions.
