NJLBC Foundation Our Mission The New Jersey Legislative Black Caucus Foundation NJLBCF is dedicated to advancing our mission to foster collaboration and dialogue among legislators business leaders and organizational stakeholders driving collective action towards informed policymaking and societal progress. Through strategic partnerships and initiatives NJLBCF aims to empower the next generation of leaders by offering scholarship and internship opportunities to students facilitating handson learning experiences and professional development. Additionally as a cornerstone of our commitment to civic engagement NJLBCF sponsors seminars to educate the community on legislative policy equipping individuals with the knowledge and tools to engage effectively in the democratic process. By uniting diverse voices and perspectives NJLBCF endeavors to create positive change and build a more equitable and prosperous future for all.
