THE PURPOSES OF THE CORPORATION INCLUDE "COMBATTING JUVENILE DELINQUENCY- AND "TEACHING SPORTS TO YOUTH" (E.G. THE SPORTS OF BASEBALL, SOFTBALL, AND POSSIBLY OTHER SPORTS) IN THE ROCHESTER, NY AND SURROUNDING AREA, AND PROVIDING LOW-COST, COMPETITIVE, SPORTS OPPORTUNITIES. THESE PURPOSES ARE ACCOMPLISHED, IN PARTICULAR, BY TEACHING FUNDAMENTALS, PROVIDING TRAINING AND COMPETITION FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT, AND OPPORTUNITIES, ATTENDING REGIONAL AND NATIONAL TOURNAMENTS, AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN, OR HOSTING, LOCAL SPORTS CLINICS, LEAGUES, GAMES, AND/OR TOURNAMENTS.
