THIS CORPORATION IS AN AMATEUR SPORTS ORGANIZATION THAT IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF 501(C)(3). THE PURPOSES OF THE CORPORATION INCLUDE "COMBATTING JUVENILE DELINQUENCY- AND "TEACHING SPORTS TO YOUTH" (E.G. THE SPORTS OF BASEBALL, SOFTBALL, AND POSSIBLY OTHER SPORTS) IN THE ROCHESTER, NY AND SURROUNDING AREA, AND PROVIDING LOW-COST, COMPETITIVE, SPORTS OPPORTUNITIES. THESE PURPOSES ARE ACCOMPLISHED, IN PARTICULAR, BY TEACHING FUNDAMENTALS, PROVIDING TRAINING AND COMPETITION FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT, AND OPPORTUNITIES, ATTENDING REGIONAL AND NATIONAL TOURNAMENTS, AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN, OR HOSTING, LOCAL SPORTS CLINICS, LEAGUES, GAMES, AND/OR TOURNAMENTS. THE ABOVE PURPOSE SHALL BE CARRIED OUT WITH ANCILLARY GOALS OF EDUCATING YOUTH ABOUT SPORTSMANSHIP, TEAMWORK, FELLOWSHIP, COURTESY, DISCIPLINE, AND INTEGRITY.

Furthermore we use baseball to help instill good work ethic sportsmanship integrity personal character and to build leadership skills that will enableour playershave a positive impact in their community.
