VELA is dedicated to improving the present and future lives for as many under served African American, African, and Caribbean Children as we can, by supporting their spiritual, health, educational, and financial needs to the greatest extent feasible. The Board will identify charitable events/partners/causes to support by attempting to do as much good as possible, avoid waste, use resources wisely, and consistently comply with all Federal and California Regulations.
