Camp Lor-Ray Camp LorRay Providing a Christcentered recreation environment for youth and families About Us Camp LorRay assists Evangelical Lutheran Synod and Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod churches by providing a ChristCentered recreation environment for youth and families. The camps property located just north of Muskegon MI consists of 165 forested acres and includes an outdoor chapel overlooking a private 15 acre manmade lake the 30site Family Camp area available May through October and the Group Camp area which includes a dining hallkitchen bathhouse pavilion family cabinnurses station and multiple cabins. Group Camp accommodates up to 93 campers. Throughout the year Camp LorRay hosts multiple childrens camps and also offers facility to rent to pioneer groups and ELS WELS members families.

It’s been a fun (but busy) weekend at Camp Lor-Ray- Members of Grace, Muskegon, Holton Lutheran, Holton and Our Savior, Hart got together for a joint worship service followed by a combined church picnic on Saturday. Pastor Kluender from Grace and Pastor Hoeft from Holton tag-teamed for the service. Twelve-year old Hans Kruschel (whose family was camping here) played piano for us.
